RAIN RAIN GO AWAY

Rain rain go away – little kids wants to play. This is one thing mumbaikars seriously want. Mumbai itself is a tough city for survival, travelling literally takes complete clash on one’s personal life, physical and mental health, on top of it heavy rains. Truly noone need rains apart from rainy season.

Atleast from June to August people are prepared to face rains, it’s normal and rainy season is enjoyed also. Be the love birds all around the corner, chai n bhajiya at home. Though heavy rains creates issues but it’s fine since everyone is aware this will happen for few days in rainy season.

But what about off season, just when all are planning to pack up their rain coats and umbrella Rain God plan to give us more rains. How we can forget Aug 29 rain when all were thrashed by rains and heavy winds, disrupting roads, locals and bringing all of us in knee deep water.

Public miseries are compounded again by this cyclone ockhi on Dec 4 and supposedly it will continue for 2 more days. When we have already welcomed winters and wedding season is at its onset, Ockhi decides to play around. Local services thrown out of gear, road traffic paralyse, for 1 hour travelling one end up travelling for 3 hours. Disaster management cell itself busy managing the disastrous surprise.

Atleast government authorities are mindful and have closed government offices and schools. But who will make private sector understand it’s so painful for us to commute. No option available for us than to venture out and experience perils of reality that exist. It’s Mumbai…..
